Basal Cell Carcinoma is the most common form of potentially dangerous skin spot. They are usually, but not always, slow growing, raised, translucent pearl-like spots that tend to crust over, ulcerate or even bleed. In other words, there are a variety of attributes these spots can have.

Don't be scared if you find something that looks unusual to you. Take action! If you have a spot that looks suspicious, visit your doctor to have it checked. Some spots that don't look dangerous can turn out to be a problem, and some spots that look bad may turn out to be okay. Only your doctor can tell you for sure!
